Lone Wolf (A Poem)

Rubik’s Cube reveries

His eyes wet and wide

Webs of coppe tinsel reach

Vignettes on both sides

Prints of the memories

He gazes right through

Shelves of bound paper

Hide dust-covered truths

Pits in the deep parts

Where once he felt youth

Strange is the feeling

When time is removed
