Resurrection of a Sheep

I’ve been away since the 31st of May. I had a health issue I can’t explain. I’ve never suffered from migraines, but by June 1st I was suffering from such crippling headaches all I could do was lie in bed. I wrote about it here.

Was I being taken out by the deep state? Did all of my religious satire get the attention of the one true God, and he was teaching me a lesson, like in The Book of Job? Was it cancer? Did my lifestyle finally catch up with me?

I didn’t know, so I went to the emergency room. They gave me an IV ‘cocktail’ of meds that did absolutely nothing. I went home in pain.

A couple days later and I was having thoughts about blowing myself away. Thank goodness I live in Canada and there aren’t handguns lying around all over the place.

I felt like the pain was starting in my neck so I went to a Chiropractor. He grabbed my neck and twisted, like when Steven Seagal kills a terrorist in the movies. Crack. Then he did the other side. Crack.

I felt a little better.

Ice for 20 minutes every two hours. Neck exercises. The headaches had subsided but I felt an overwhelming feeling of nausea that has continued to this day.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but I know this:

I can blog while nauseous, but not with a crippling headache, so I would call the change in my condition an improvement.

So, getchyo’ popcorn ready. I’m back for now.

      1. Also, too…a tight neck with head pain may be indicative of backed up lymph nodes. Could be an inner ear infection which can nauseate you. Ever feel dizzy or out of balance?

  1. How awful, I’m so sorry. Ginger is a natural anti nausea, and ginger ale helps in a pinch. Frustrating that the doctors have no clue, but if it persists I think I’d have to try again. No one can live that way.
